Les infractions constat\u00e9es par les autorit\u00e9s portuaires o\u00f9 le navire a \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi n\u2019ont laiss\u00e9 aucun doute sur le fait que l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019innavigabilit\u00e9 pr\u00e9existait au d\u00e9but du voyage.
