La responsabilit\u00e9 du fr\u00e9teur\/transporteur maritime rel\u00e8ve de la Convention de Bruxelles sous r\u00e9serve des dispositions de la c\/p, et celui-ci n&rsquo;est tenu que d&rsquo;une obligation de moyens.
