En revanche la responsabilit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des marchandises confi\u00e9es, n&rsquo;incombe pas au tiers d\u00e9tenteur d\u00e8s l&rsquo;instant que le contrat stipule que \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;acheteur sera responsable des op\u00e9rations de manutention dans l&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t\u2026\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0\u2026qu&rsquo;il prend toutes les mesures et pr\u00e9cautions n\u00e9cessaires pour maintenir au gage sa pleine valeur \u00ab\u00a0.
