N\u00e9anmoins la n\u00e9gligence du Capitaine \u00e0 faire ex\u00e9cuter le choulage de la cargaison avant le d\u00e9part a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine du ripage de la cargaison, cause principale du sinistre.
