Apr\u00e8s deux expertises, la responsabilit\u00e9 du constructeur est recherch\u00e9e sur le fondement de la garantie des vices cach\u00e9s provenant d\u2019un montage de l\u2019appareil \u00e0 gouverner (art. L. 5113-4 du code des transports).
