Droit applicable. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u2019agissant d\u2019une chute de conteneurs caus\u00e9e par un arrimage d\u00e9fectueux (verrous tournants du conteneur inf\u00e9rieur), il importe de d\u00e9terminer la responsabilit\u00e9 respective du navire et du manutentionnaire dans l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le contrat liant le transporteur et le terminal, le transfert des risques s\u2019op\u00e8re lorsque les verrous tournants sont ferm\u00e9s.
