In order to solve their possible disputes, C.A.M.P. offers to parties engaged in international maritime trade:
- An organization and arbitration Rules which have stood the test of time.
- A list of about 50 independent arbitrators having experience in professional fields (as commercial maritime practitioners, jurists or maritime experts).
- A simple and fast procedure at a reasonable cost.
We also offers to the parties:
- A permanent Secretariat in charge of the procedure.
- Rooms for hearings with easy access located.

Documentation
In addition to information available on-line on the whole web site, it is possible to download all documents pertaining to the “Chambre Arbitrale Maritime de Paris” and those relating to the handling of arbitration cases either on each dedicated web page or in one full package.

The Chambre Arbitrage Maritime de Paris publishes ”La Gazette de la Chambre” in French three times a year in January, April and September. It can be downloaded from the website.
