In order to solve their possible disputes, C.A.M.P. offers to parties engaged in international maritime trade:

  • An organization and arbitration Rules which have stood the test of time.
  • A list of about 60 independent arbitrators having experience in professional fields (as commercial maritime practitioners, jurists or maritime experts).
  • A simple and fast procedure at a reasonable cost.

In addition to information available on-line on the whole web site, it is possible to download all documents pertaining to the "Chambre Arbitrale Maritime de Paris" and those relating to the handling of arbitration cases either on each dedicated web page or in one full package.



The Chambre Arbitrage Maritime de Paris publishes ”La Gazette de la Chambre” in French three times a year in January, April and September. It can be downloaded from the website. The last awards summaries have been translated in English and can be downloaded.

Conference cocktail of Tuesday November 22nd 2016
Our Chamber was very pleased to invite on Tuesday, November 22nd, 2016, the arbitrators, lawyers, jurists and maritime professionals around the theme "The comparison of the French and English procedures".

We particularly wish to thank Mr. Mark Hamsher who was kind enough to vividly present the English procedure and to answer the questions of our guests with our President, Mr. Philippe Delebecque. We also thank all those, who by their presence and their interventions allowed to add to the debate. A report has been published in the « Gazette de la Chambre » N°42. The next International Congress of Maritime Arbitrators (ICMA) will take place in Copenhagen from 25-29 September 2017.
