Award N° 1120 – Gencon c/p – Waiting time for the ice-breaker to count as laytime. When the charter-party provides that waiting time for the ice-breaker to reach the port counts as laytime, excepted periods such as Saturday, Sunday and holidays are deducted from the allowed laytime.
