Award N° 1174 – Gencon C/P – Reefer carriage – Damages to cargo – Commercial unseaworthiness state – Shipowner liability. On board reefer power being insufficient, mould ascertained at discharging was caused by over delay in cooling. The shipowner failed in its obligation to deliver a commercial seaworthy vessel. Shipowner is liable for damages and must bear financial loss on destroyed cargo and various expenses linked with damages.
